Cream of yellow carrots with orange cream

An island of whipped cream with grated orange zest on yellow carrot cream with orange juice: class is not water! try also this croque monsieur and croque madame recipe too. Ingredients Main course For 4 people 500 g of yellow carrots 1 onion 1 tablespoon of butter 1 litre of vegetable broth 1 orange 1 dl of full cream salt granulator cayenne pepper for garnish Freind's kitchen recipes,  Meringues with fruit . How to proceed Preparation: approx. 35 minutes Cut the carrots into slices and chop the onion. Fry both in butter. Add the broth. Cover and simmer the carrots for approx. 20 minutes. Finely grate the orange zest, mix it with the cream and whip it firmly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Blend the carrots until creamy with a hand blender. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the carrot cream. Bring to a boil and season with salt. Banana crème brûlée with tonka beans

The tonka beans, with a slight vanilla aroma, give the banana crème brûlée a spicy note. They are not suitable for children under 6 years old. try also this skyr cake with blueberries recipe too.
